52 Weeks Of True Stories:
Build Character One Week At A Time

1. Control Your Space
If possible, change the setting: move closer to friends, teachers, or a group. Bullies thrive on isolating you, so positioning yourself where you’re not alone makes their power shrink fast. “Two are better than one… If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9–10

2. Document the Pattern
Keep track of what happens. Write down the date, place, and what was said or done. This helps if you ever need to report it, and it reminds you that the problem lies with the bully’s choices, not your worth.“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” – John 8:32

3. Invest in Your Strengths
Find activities—sports, music, art, volunteering—that make you confident and proud of who you are. The more you know your value, the less power a bully has to shake your confidence. “Be strong and courageous… for the LORD your God goes with you.” Deuteronomy 31:6
