What you just watched:

Accountability is owning your decisions and their results without excuses, without blame, and without hiding.

So what do we do
with what you just saw?

Start with the first
question below.

  1. Where in your life is it easier to blame someone else than to take responsibility?

  2. When have you owned a mistake, and what changed because you did?

  3. What is one situation right now where you need to step up and say, “That’s on me”?

Try one of these this week—start small:

Own one mistake immediately instead of explaining it away.
Say “I was wrong” without adding an excuse.

Finish something you started, even if it’s uncomfortable.
Follow through when no one is watching.

Ask yourself, “What could I have done better?”
Then act on the answer.
