Keep this where you can see it this week.

What you just watched:

Woodward noticed that another regiment beside him was struggling.

The men were exhausted, losing ground, and running low on ammunition. If their line collapsed, the entire hill could be lost.

Without drawing attention to himself, Woodward stretched his own line farther to support them. That one decision helped protect the position and strengthen the entire defense.

His action was simple. Quiet. Almost unnoticed. But it helped others succeed when they needed help most.

                                          THINK

  • Who around you could use support right now?
  • When have you noticed someone struggling but stayed back?
  • What small action could make someone else’s week easier?

DECIDE

Choose one person you can support this week.

ACT

Sit with someone who’s having a tough day.

You don’t have to fix anything—just be there.

Let someone talk — and listen — without interrupting.

Sometimes listening is more powerful than giving advice.

Stay a little longer instead of walking away.

When someone’s struggling, your presence matters more than your words.

This Week’s

Challenge

How can you help

someone this week?

In the next 7 days, I will take one action that reflects this value.

The Choose Your Future series helps you build these values—one week at a time.
